Scope of Work

Robert Reincke will prepare a business plan that conforms to the standard criteria suggested by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Citizen and Immigration Services). Robert never uses boilerplates. Each business plan is uniquely developed based upon the criteria of the business. Due to Robert's years of experience in the field, he ensures that the business plan will contain the vital categories which most business plans contain and which are most likely reviewed by the Department of Homeland Security. He will discuss every issue in complete detail with his client.

Turn Around Time

Robert has written professional business plans as quickly as within 24 hours when the information to write the plan has been made readily available by his attorney clients. Normal turn-around time is two (2) weeks. This allows for the time it takes to obtain information, write the plan, and present the plan to client/attorney for feedback. Shorter turn-around time from the two-week standard will incur additional expense as defined under "Remuneration."

Process

The benefit of working with Robert Reincke is his ability to, first, conduct an efficient phone or personal interview with the client/entrepreneur; second, do extensive additional research; and, third, weave complex data into a business plan. As an entrepreneur and professional writer himself, Robert has the unique capacity to understand the "language" of his entrepreneurial, international clientele and the sophisticated requirements of his lawyer clients. He is therefore more able to quickly identify the key elements of an independent entrepreneurial client’s business than other business plan writers.

After an initial discussion is conducted with counsel and/or client, Mr. Reincke will prepare a "Letter of Agreement" that will identify "Scope of Work" as described above and "Fees" as discussed and described below. Upon receipt of the full retainer Mr. Reincke will conduct a telephone interview, personal visit at the client's site, and/or submit a questionnaire form, based upon the location and availability of the client/attorney.

Upon receipt of all initial information and conclusion of the interview Robert will write the business plan. He will submit the plan to the client and then the attorney for review and corrections. The plan will be submitted as both a PDF and Word/Excel version so that the client and/or attorney can make changes at any time directly on the plan or indicate where they would like changes to be made. Robert will make suggested corrections to the "substantially completed" draft generally within three (3) days of resubmission. If there are no communicated changes within three (3) weeks, Mr. Reincke will consider the plan correct and complete and officially close his file.

Pricing

Prices are based upon hourly estimates which vary depending on size and complexity of the business. Additional hours (and slightly higher fees) generally entail businesses with over $400,000 first year anticipated revenue, businesses with greater than three employees (in the first year), businesses with significant sized branches in more than one city or state, businesses with more than one type of business (or holding companies), and/or businesses that have other complications like multiple entity ownerships or cases in which a separate business attorney is also required because of those complications. A fixed fee will be calculated based upon initial discussion of the business. Standard pricing is as follows:

Files reopened after three (3) weeks from submission of either the "substantially complete" or "finalized" business plan will be billed at a minimum of three (3) hours additional work. Robert takes pricing seriously as he is aware that the document he prepares for his clients is critical in their ability to obtain their visa. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Attorneys may receive a detailed "Process and Pricing Sheet" by contacting Robert or by using the form on the "Contact" page. Payment is accepted in advance for the full estimated total. Billing may be conducted either directly to client or through attorney's office as directed by attorney. Please contact Robert with any further information about your requirements and to initiate the efficient process of providing the most exceptional business plan available on the market to your investor clients.
